From what I’ve heard talking to thousands of people in the A/E industry over the past year (for an executive recruiter, thousands is a normal number), many people will be glad when 2008 is over. Economically speaking, it has no doubt been a tough year. But, as I write this, there are only about 12 hours left in 2008, and then it’s hello 2009. Take the spirit of the whole New Year’s resolution and run with it, apply it to your business, get excited about your strategic plan for 2009 and get ready for success when things soon take an upward swing.
