Jim Beight, PSA-Dewberry’s director of design and director of courthouse design, has been promoted to senior principal. He holds a Bachelor of Science in design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida. Based in the Fairfax, Virginia, office, Beight leads PSA-Dewberry’s courts projects nationwide and takes an active design and oversight role on all projects within the mid-Atlantic region.

John M. Bisinger, a marketing and strategic planning director in PSA-Dewberry’s Peoria office, has been promoted to principal. Bisinger has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Master of Science in marketing communications and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a member of multiple professional groups such as the University of Chicago CEO Roundtable, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Chicago Healthcare Executives Forum, as well as the Emerging Technologies committee chair for the American Association of Healthcare Consulting.

Brad Hall, a project manager in PSA-Dewberry’s Peoria office, has been promoted to principal. Hall has 36 years of experience with a specialty in correctional facilities. He is a registered architect and a member of the American Correctional Association and the American Jail Association.

Tim Kraft, LEED AP, PSA-Dewberry’s architectural technology manager and sustainable building design manager, has been promoted to principal. Kraft has 30 years of experience in all phases of architecture, including programming, design, project management, and construction administration. He holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degrees in environmental design from Ball State University. Kraft is a LEED AP and registered architect in four states.
