New York University identified that executives, like most worker segments, were also experiencing unstable and unpredictable employment situations.  A lack of leadership talent in the burgeoning cleantech industry also inhibits the growth of new ventures and new businesses in this sector.  Short on time and long on responsibility, the University realized that there were no formalized courses geared specifically to help executives to take a leadership role and spur entrepreneurial growth in the new green-tech economy.  Read the full article at My Green Education and Career.
