A full-service architecture and landscape architecture firm, welcomes Tom Spies, AIA, LEED AP as a Principal within the firm’s education studio. Tom, along with 12 others from CSD Architects, will increase HCM’s capabilities in higher education, public and independent schools, and healthcare design. The new HCM employees include Senior Associates Jim Albert, AIA, Jim Determan, AIA, Neal Kitt, Bruce Manger, John Morrell and Associates Tom Casey and Jeff Kreshtool. Design staff includes architects Casey Smith, Chad Bederka, Ed Konski, Scott Walters, Assoc. AIA, and interior designer, Leah Wettstein.

In addition to the people joining the firm, a number of contracts and new clients were transferred to the firm including the Coppin State Physical Education Complex, the Morgan State University Center for Built Environment and Infrastructure Studies, the Towson University Arena, the Frostburg University Lane Center, St. Joseph’s Medical Center, the St. Paul’s School Upper School and multiple projects for Montgomery County Public Schools.  Posted in AIA Baltimore.
