We are now seeking a motivated Seller/Doer to join them as a Sr. Client Manager in their Pittsburgh, PA, office.

About the Job

As our Sr. Client Manager you will be responsible for providing technical excellence in the Environmental Engineering and Consulting projects you manage. You will actively participate in the efforts to grow the office and as such you will be accountable for successful business development. Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include
• Building strong client relationships in the Pittsburgh area and beyond
• Take charge of the development of new business delivering personal annual sales of at least $1,000,000 (net revenue)
• Prepare effective technical proposals
• Participate in the strategic planning process for the office
• Collaborate with other company practitioners to execute environmental services, including participating on teams comprised of professionals from multiple offices around the US.
• Oversee multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff

Requirements

Requirements
• BS Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field (MS degree preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in the environmental consulting field
• Proven business development experience for large programs/contracts and client relationships supported by repeat business
• Consistent “seller/doer” with a demonstrated track record of delivering personal annual sales of at least $1,000,000 (net revenue).
• Advanced knowledge of the local regulatory climate, with proven negotiation skills with federal and state regulators.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude
