Leadership

Frank J. Rivelli, Principal

Frank has recruited nationally at all levels, from design professionals to project managers, principals and vice presidents to presidents and CEOs. Frank has served a wide range of clients in an array of design specialties during his extensive career in executive search consulting, including senior housing, labs and research facilities, educational, healthcare, multi-family, retail, commercial, governmental, industrial, and recreational facilities. He is also well experienced in recruitment and consulting services for interior design and landscape architecture firms. Clients and candidates alike value his advice and insight. He is appreciated for his ability to identify talent at every level and keenly match it with opportunity.  Frank frequently writes articles on current industry issues and continues to be acknowledged in a multitude of business periodicals.  He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Society of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), and the AIA Design for Aging Knowledge Community (DFA).
